THE PROBLEM: 

• I was tasked with identifying why usage of the current Learning Management System was low, and why there were so many complaints about the system. 

THE APPROACH:

• Created a survey to understand and capture what users want from a corporate-sponsored Learning Management System. See survey results.
• Developed a script to test the current system and identify whether or not users can find what they are looking for, and identify opportunity gaps. 
• Used usability studies and survey results to develop Personas to represent current users, but also highlight blocks, aggravations etc.  
• Developed wires to start the discussion process and discover what can and cannot be built.
